Claudio Molinari

   Milan, 1945.
First level Professor of Building Technology at the Polytechnic of Milan where from 1976 he has been in charge of different matters (Architecture technology 1 and 2, Technology Fundamentals Architecture Construction Laboratory 1, Procedures and methods of building maintenance, Architecture executive project). He has also managed updating and specialization courses on building maintenance.
It is a member of the Academic Senate of the Polytechnic of Milan.
He is the chairman of the SC3 sub-commission (“Maintenance of properties”) of the Maintenance Commission of UNI.
At the Department BEST (Building and Environment Science and Technology) of the Polytechnic of Milan he carried out studies and researches on the construction sector and on the managing aspects of the building product, with special reference to the planned maintenance topic.
Member of the CIB (International Council for Building Research Studies) W70 “Management, Maintenance and Modernisation of Building Facilities”, of the National Council “Public building facilities Maintenance” of the CNIM and of other National Scientific Committees on building maintenance. He took part both as chairman and speaker to many national and international congresses.
Since 1997 he directed journals of “Manutenzione Edilizia ed Urbana” for several Italian Puslishers.
