Fabrizio Schiaffonati

   Director of the Institute of technology  (1979-1981) and of the Department of Building Planning, Project and Production (1981-1987) and Director of Department  of Building & Environment Science & Technology (2003 -2007)  Since 1990 he is co-ordinator of the Doctoral Level in “Technological innovation and project in Architecture ”. 1991 to 1996 he is a member of Board of Directors  of the Polytechnic of Milan and President of the University Building Commission; 1992 to 1994 he is a member of the Rectorial Commission of Bovisa and, since 1998, of the relevant Surveillance Committee. Since 1993 he is a member of the Scientific Council of the Quality Centre of the Polytechnic of Milan and President  in the period 1996 to 1998. Since 1998 he is President of the Permanent Education Centre of the polytechnic of Milan. He has directed numerous researches and studies on behalf of  Ministries and Public Bodies and is the author of Publications concerning technological and environmental project and innovation of construction sector, with special reference to the problems of decision making control referring to the complex  town and architectural project.
