Sergio
Mattia |
First level professor of Evaluation at the
polytechnic of Milan since 1995, he carries out research on topics
related to general methods of evaluation and economic and financial
assessment of projects and of environment and architecture methods. His
scientific training (started in 1976 at the Territory Engineering
Institute of the Pavia university) has been developed at the
Polytechnic of Milan, at the Department of Conservation of
Architectural and Environmental Resources of the University of
Florence. In 1987 he is appointed second level professor of Evaluation
of the Faculty of Engineering of the Polytechnic of Turin and of
Architecture at the Polytechnic of Milan: he chooses the latter. In
1991 he is appointed first level professor at the University of
Florence, Faculty of Architecture. Member of the teaching staff and Tutor in Doctoral level for Evaluation methods in town-planning and architectural project (1989-1995) and Evaluation and economic assessment (1996-1999). During his teaching activity he held Courses of Evaluation, Evaluation and Professional Practice, Evaluation and Accountancy of Works, Economic Techniques applied to cultural property, Town and regional Evaluation. He is the author of more than 70 Publications (ten volumes) concerning the above-mentioned topics. |
